SUNLIGHT EXPOSURE

Do not allow your jewellery to be exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. The resin does contain a uv stabilising component but prolonged exposure can cause fading & discolouration. Please avoid wearing whilst sunbathing.

SUBMERGING IN WATER

It is not recommended to allow your jewellery to be submerged in water. Warm or hot water can soften the resin area cause discolouring. Chlorine in swimming pools can also damage the resin.

TARNISHING

Silver jewellery can oxidise and tarnish over time with general wear and tear. please use the polishing kit provided to bring your silver back to its former glory. Different PH levels within the body can also cause silver to darken more rapidly.

CHEMICALS

Direct exposure to chemicals can cause weakening of the resin area and discolouration. please remove your jewellery when applying perfumes, lotions or hand sanitisers. It is perfectly fine to put your jewellery on once the products have dried.

SMOKING

Smoking with the same hand you wear your ring on can cause yellowing of the resin area. Avoid wearing on this hand where possible.

TAKE EXTRA CARE

Be careful not to knock your jewellery, this can bend the jewellery & cause stones to be lost.
